Bonzai Bob's Teriyaki Grill and Pound 4 Pound Design have partnered since the restaurant opened up in West Las Vegas 2 years ago. The relationship began with logo design and brand identity consisting of signage, menus, business cards, and of course, the website. This latest version was built primarily in CSS and utilizes a basic, but beautiful, header—two column—footer layout that is easy to use and stylish.

Tyrant Snowboards asked Pound 4 Pound to design a clean CSS site for their company which has grown from a Las Vegas based operation to selling boards in the regions of the Rocky Mountains, Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and Northern and Southern California. This site is a redesign from Tyrant's previous Flash site that was also built by Pound 4 Pound. With the switch to CSS, updates are conducted more swiftly, and the site is able to reach the maximum number of viewers. Want animation? It's not Flash, but roll your mouse over the main menu and you'll see Matt Guntert's silhouette performing a mid-air 360 in the header.

Quick Draw Tattooz is a brand new tattoo shop located off the 215 and Durango. The Quick Draw guys needed something accessible and creative to match their approach to the art of tattooing. These guys take their tattooing very seriously and focus on the customer's comfort and satisfaction as soon as they walk through the door. Flash was utilized in the header design, and the site utilizes clean CSS and HTML in the layout, as well as a couple of PHP scripts to manage email from the site.

The NTI site is the third site built by Pound 4 Pound for Desert Endocrinology. This site is focused on educating the public about thyroid health and disorders. Though it should not be used for clinical diagnosis, the site is chock full of info on everything from the risks of thyroid cancer to the very definition of hyperthyroidism and other thyroid disorders and procedures. It is an honor to work for these respected physicians and I look forward to being the main cog in the site's evolution.

Team Mica & Don is the second of two websites created for Team Mica Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academies of Las Vegas and the first site that we created without the use of any Flash at all. The site is CSS 2.1 valid and is used by Team Mica & Don for communicating with students and also for marketing the services of this particular location; 1 of 6 Team Mica locations in the Las Vegas Valley.

Pound 4 Pound Design has completed a total of 4 versions of Team Mica Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academies of Las Vegas. This latest design was launched 10 days prior to the UFC 100 Fan Expo, of which Team Mica took part in the historic, first ever UFC sponsored, grappling tournament. The site was created in Flash, and Fireworks for the heavy graphic design content. The site is also accompanied by a lightweight, mobile browser version that is optimised for iPhone and Blackberry users.

Pound 4 Pound Design has a long standing business relationship with ATAC Security, dating back to the first day that their doors were open in Las Vegas. Abel Arteaga (founder and CEO) and I, worked together tirelessly to create everything from the logo, to the website, and just about everything else that pertains to the ATAC Security business identity. ATAC Security has gone from a local operation to a regional powerhouse, set to move into Arizona, and then other parts of the southwest United States. Pound 4 Pound Design is proud to be a part of ATAC's success.

Blas "The Disciple" Avena was on the brink of a title shot prior to the WEC eliminating his weight class. Blas is currently on the cusp of his big break in the UFC and looks to continue his quick submission style in smaller venues to realize that dream. This site is all Flash and has a transparent animation of Blas going for a guillotine versus Joe Benoit (which Avena ended up locking in for a submission at 29 sec. of the 1st round—OUCH!). We acheived this effect by taking screenshots off of YouTube—frame by frame—and turning them into separate png files in Fireworks, eventually loading them in to Flash and placing them into keyframes for the "flipbook" effect!

Lace up the gloves and take on the guy sitting at the desk next to you! It's time to waste some valuable work time with P4P Free! I developed this vintage style board game way back in the days of Macromedia Flash MX! Man we've come a long way since then! For Boxing geeks like me, this game is a classic and my son will attest as well! Give it a roll and don't get "knocked silly"!
